Thyatira, The Spirit of tolerance – This church was caught up in the idolatry that permeated the work place. The notion that you have to do whatever it takes to make a living still prevails in the hearts of many. While working is a necessary means of financial support it should never cause our walk of discipleship to be compromised. We are called to be a light to those around us and we are commanded to walk as children of light.
