Every disciple of the Lord is a child of God but not every child of God is a disciple. John 15:1-11 reminds us of these important principles of discipleship; the true purpose of Discipleship and the blessings that we receive being a Disciple and the warnings that come with it. We can’t lose our Son-ship but we can lose our discipleship if we leave off bearing fruit pleasing to God.
