Smyrna, The Spirit of intimidation – The church of Smyrna was strong in the Lord. They held to the ancient landmarks. But even when a church is sound persecution can come knocking. It is to this church that the Lord encourages them not to succumb to intimidation in persecution. Their faith would only become stronger if they continued to trust in the Lord. It is only when incense is burning that you can smell the sweet aroma.
