In the 6th chapter of Romans Paul describes our position. He then reminds us that we should be submissive to his will by walking in newness of life since we have a knowledge of our position. The doctrine of our position should be an encourgement to live a life that glorifies Him. The regenerated child of God is no longer dead in sins, but dead to sins. Praise God!
