The bible is clear, man in his depraved state does not desire the things of God. It is only when we are regenerated that we have a love for God. Prior to that we were totally depraved and at enmity towards God. We didn’t have a desire for God nor did we seek after him. If one has a love for God and a desire to seek his will it is only because you now have His spirit dwelling in you!
