The Apostle Paul spoke of faithful and true sayings. ALL scripture is faithful and true, but Paul uses this expression to emphasize the subject that he is writing about. It is through these faithful and true sayings that we can rejoice in the doctrines of grace and also gain instructions for the child of God in this life.
